Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CRWN Accounting & Advisory (“CRWN,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses and protects information through this website. If you become a client, information you share with us in that relationship is also governed by your engagement letter and by the professional standards and laws that apply to CPA firms.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, organization, website, the service you are interested in, an optional revenue or budget range, your message and your consent to be contacted. We also receive whatever you include when you email us.
Please do not send tax returns, financial statements, Social Security numbers or other sensitive documents through this website or by ordinary email. We will arrange a secure way to share them.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that it can deliver and secure the site. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
We use a tracking tool from HighLevel, our customer relationship management platform, to understand how visitors use the site. It records the pages you visit, the page that referred you and campaign details in links (UTM parameters), and it may use cookies or similar technologies. If you submit our contact form, this activity can be linked to your inquiry.
